Product safety

CARESTA bags and leather goods are made by SC CARESTA BAGS SRL, Str. Alexandru Ioan Cuza nr. 35, Alba Iulia, Alba County, 510191, Romania, in our own workshop. We make sure that the materials and components we use are safe for the normal use of our products.

Report a safety issue

If you notice a problem that could affect the safety of a CARESTA product (for example, a metal component with sharp edges, an allergic reaction, or a small part that comes off easily), write to office@carestaofficial.com with the subject “Product safety”, or call +40 752 166 324 (Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00, Romanian time). Please state the product, its code, the date of purchase and a description of the problem, with photos if possible.

We review every report, reply to you and, if necessary, take corrective action and inform the competent authorities.

Recalls and warnings

There are currently no recalls or safety warnings for CARESTA products. If this changes, we will publish them on this page and contact affected customers directly.
