Delivery and payment

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to Romania, to all European Union countries and to most other countries worldwide. The available countries are also shown at checkout, before payment.

2. Couriers, delivery times and costs

Orders placed by 16:00 (Romanian time) on working days are processed the same day; orders placed after 16:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next working day. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the parcel tracking number.

Maximum delivery time: unless a different time is shown on the product page, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

3. Customs duties (deliveries outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the USA), the authorities of the destination country may charge customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. These costs are not included in the product price or the delivery cost and are paid by the recipient, usually on delivery, directly to the courier or the customs authorities. The amount depends on the law of the destination country; we recommend checking before placing your order. Refusing the parcel because of these charges does not cancel the obligation to pay the shipping costs already incurred.

4. When you receive the parcel

Please check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note this on the courier’s delivery document and let us know at office@carestaofficial.com, with photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier, but it is not a condition for your legal rights (the legal guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal).

5. Payment methods

• bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay;
• digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay;
• local payment methods, depending on the country: Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL | Wero (Netherlands), BLIK (Poland), MobilePay (Denmark, Finland);
• cash on delivery – available in Romania only.

The methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. CARESTA does not have access to your full card details.

6. Invoice

The invoice is issued in the name and billing address given in the order and sent to you by e-mail and in the parcel. If you need a company invoice, please enter the company name and tax number at checkout.
