1. The CARESTA FAMILY programme

CARESTA FAMILY is the loyalty programme of CARESTA BAGS SRL ("CARESTA", "we"), headquartered in Sebeș, Alba, Romania. The programme rewards the house's clients through membership tiers, standing discounts, store credit and dedicated privileges. By creating an account and taking part in the programme, you accept these terms.

2. Enrolment and membership

Membership is free and begins when you create a customer account on carestaofficial.com. Every new member is enrolled automatically at the Silver tier. The programme is intended for individuals aged 18 or over; each member may hold one account.

3. Membership tiers

Your tier is determined automatically, based on the total value of purchases recorded on your account, in the online store and in the CARESTA boutique alike:

• Silver — total purchases between 0 and 4,999 lei;
• Gold — total purchases between 5,000 and 9,999 lei;
• Platinum — total purchases above 10,000 lei.

Membership tiers are valid for 12 months. Each order placed keeps your status active for a further 12 months from its date. If no purchase is recorded within 12 months of your last order, membership returns automatically to the Silver tier; a higher tier can be regained through subsequent orders. Tier status is not granted for life.

4. Tier benefits

Silver: 10% off your first order; 3% of every order returned as credit; early word on new arrivals.

Gold: 10% off every order; complimentary shipping; 10% of every order returned as credit; priority access to new creations.

Platinum: all Gold benefits, with credit of 15% of every order; invitations to CARESTA events; priority on pre-orders; a complimentary monogram and personalisation from the house.

Member discounts apply automatically at checkout, provided you are signed in to your account. Benefits are not granted retroactively for orders placed while signed out.

5. CARESTA FAMILY credit

• Credit is calculated as a percentage of the product value actually paid (excluding shipping) and is granted when the order is paid in full. For cash-on-delivery orders, credit is granted once payment is received from the courier.
• Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is granted. Unused credit expires at the end of this period.
• Credit can be used online and in the boutique. At online checkout, the available credit balance is applied in full to the current order, if you choose to use it.
• Credit balances are held separately per currency (RON, EUR); at checkout, the balance in the order's currency is available.
• Credit has value only within the programme: it cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or refunded.
• If an order is returned, CARESTA reserves the right to adjust the credit granted for that order.

6. Limitations

• Programme benefits do not combine with other promotional campaigns unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Gift cards and shipping fees do not generate credit.
• The programme is intended for personal purchases only, not commercial or resale activity.

7. Changes to or termination of the programme

CARESTA may amend the tier structure, credit percentages or these terms, informing members in advance by e-mail and on this page, at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Credit already granted remains valid under the conditions in force on the date it was granted. In cases of fraud or abuse, CARESTA may suspend the account and its associated benefits.

8. Data protection

Personal data associated with the programme (purchase history, membership tier, credit balance) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), solely for the administration of the programme and related communications.
