Caresta Bags SRL declares that the products marketed through the website are qualitatively compliant with the purpose for which these products are intended.

The warranty period for accessories is 14 days. During this period, the Buyer is entitled to repair or replacement of products that have manufacturing defects. The extended warranty period is 365 days only for leather parts renewal (color refresh).

To benefit from the product warranty, the buyer agrees to follow all instructions for use and maintenance provided by the manufacturer via the Warranty Certificate received upon delivery.
